Suman is a student of White House College in kathmandu. He is studying in IT field. Suman has very good quality of computer with very good speed internet access at his home that is why he always play with computer during his study or, at home also. when he get free time from the study he love to play different kind of game and love to download all the time, and he is a big fan of game that is why he has very good experience with play the games so that he goes online cafe to play games. he is regular member of Online Cafe. now a days suman is looking for little bit cheaper than he paying before so that he is looking for new cafe where he get internet membership and can log - in stay at home with a lots of new game with reasonable price.
Senario
when Suman using facebook suddenly he can see liking facebook page of online cafe on his facebook account. on the page he can also find website of Online Cafe , he is very much interest to find the cafe website on goolge. when he saw the link website of Online Cafe he find on google. then he click on the website then he would like to know terms and condition. then he also like to sign up first to make a member of that online game and also choose the level of game because the Cafe has provid level of Bronze, Silver and gold. after sign in Suman has got created his profile then he does log in to choose level now he can play the game what he want according his choice.

Sunita is a computer teacher of Cambridge school in Nepal.
She uses computer a lot but because of teacher she has to make notes and
prepare lectures everyday. She need hundered print out everyday because of
solution of students problem. But she has a very low speed internet in her home
where she lives. She hear about online cyber café which provide high speed
internet and all other equipment in low rates of uses. She visit to the cyber
café and she intoduce herself with the guy of cyber café and discuss about her
problem. She submit her information for log in and join their membership and
starts use of online internet café. She get a special discout because she uses
a lot every week.

She chooses gold level for internet uses.
She got every facility for use of café .
She got a password for log in .
She uses paaaword
for log in everyday.
You should make a chapter for all target group things: personas, scenarios, research etc. And make sure it all fits together. You still need to choose your target group(s). I think your target group(s) should be segmentet according to their computer and internet use.
