Research in Online Café :

One of my friends is still working there in online café as an I.T. support. His name is Bishnu. I have contacted him to help me to do some research making some questionnaire. The results has been back in the following way :

Interview no. 1

Bishnu (Staff) : How do you heard about the online café ? How often do you come here ?

Arjun (customer, age 24, student) : I have heard about the online café from my  friends. I come here most of the weekends when I am free and mostly when I have my holidays from the school.

Bishnu : Why online café ? what is the special thing that you like the most ?

Arjun : This is very unique café. The layout and advanced computers with high internet service and most attractive gaming computers is the attraction point for why I do come here. Also, we can order soft drinks and noodles from computer to the reception.

Interview no. 2

Bishnu (staff) : Why  do you like to come online café ?

Prem (regular customer, age 53) : Well, first of all, I like the entire fresh environment in this café. There is membership facility and there is also discount : The more you use the more you get discount. Also, the owner is very nice with the customers. Fast Internet with black coffee- I like this very much.

Bishnu : What normally you do in computer ?

Prem : I use internet most of the time, chatting with my family around the world, and I use facebook and emails sometime. And, sometime I also play the game though I am old…haha.

When we start to do our task we have to always thinking a project. How our project should be satisfaction towards the target group. Therefore always we have to tested our doing work as much as possible. After getting feedback and comments from the user (target group) we have to make correct our mistake suddenly.

This prototype method is a play vital role to getting a successes in given project. This method is the ability to formulate the precise system specification, which will form the basis for design and implementation of a new and better version.

Suman

Suman is a student of White House College in kathmandu. He is studying in IT field. Suman has very good quality of computer with very good speed internet access at his home that is why he always play with computer during his study or, at home also. when he get free time from the study he love to play different kind of game and love to download all the time, and he is a big fan of game that is why he has very good experience with play the games so that he goes online cafe to play games. he is regular member of Online Cafe.  now a days suman  is looking for little bit cheaper than he paying before so that he is looking for new cafe where he get internet membership and can log - in stay at home with a lots of new game with reasonable price.

Senario

when Suman using facebook suddenly he can see liking facebook page of online cafe on his facebook account. on the page he can also find website of Online Cafe , he is very much interest to find the cafe website on goolge. when he saw the link website of Online Cafe he find on google. then he click on the website then he would like to know terms and condition. then he also like to sign up first to  make a member of that online game and also choose the level of game because the Cafe has provid level of Bronze, Silver and gold.  after sign in Suman has got created his profile then he does log in to choose level now he can play the game what he want according his choice.

2nd persona

Sunita

Sunita is a computer teacher of Cambridge school in Nepal. She uses computer a lot but because of teacher she has to make notes and prepare lectures everyday. She need hundered print out everyday because of solution of students problem. But she has a very low speed internet in her home where she lives. She hear about online cyber café which provide high speed internet and all other equipment in low rates of uses. She visit to the cyber café and she intoduce herself with the guy of cyber café and discuss about her problem. She submit her information for log in and join their membership and starts use of online internet café. She get a special discout because she uses a lot every week. 

Scenario

Sunita is school teacher.

She uses computer because she is a computer teacher.

She search a website for internet cafe

She put her info in sign up

She chooses gold level for internet uses.

She got every facility for use of café .

She got a password for log in .

She   uses paaaword for log in everyday.
